One of the core benefits of using eComverter is the ability to track detailed analytics and statistics on your conversion campaigns.

Having this data allows you to continuously optimize your campaigns for maximum performance over time.

From within your eComverter dashboard, you'll have access to robust reporting that provides invaluable insights into how your campaigns are performing.

This article will cover:

  • The different analytics and statistics available,

  • How to locate and interpret that data.

Campaign Analytics Overview

When you create a new campaign in eComverter (such as a popup, notification bar, opt-in form, etc.), eComverter automatically tracks a range of metrics around that campaign's visibility and performance, including:

Impressions

The total number of times your campaign was displayed to website visitors.

Conversions

The number of visitors who took the desired conversion action for that campaign (submitting an opt-in form, claiming a coupon code, making a purchase, etc.)

Conversion Rate

The percentage of impressions that resulted in a conversion, calculated as Conversions / Impressions.

In addition to those core metrics, you'll also see data points like:

  • • Conversion scores over time (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • • Filtered conversion statistics by traffic source, location, device, and more.

  • • Top converting campaign variants (for A/B tests).

  • • Geographic location data for impressions/conversions.

  • • Browser and device breakdown

Having all these rich campaign analytics makes it easy to quickly identify what's working well, what's underperforming, and allows you to make data-backed optimization decisions.

Viewing Your Campaign Reports

To access the detailed reporting for any of your active campaigns, simply:

1. Log into your eComverter account

2. Navigate to the "YOUR ACCOUNT" section

3. Click the "STATISTICS" tab

This will pull up the comprehensive analytics dashboard specifically for that campaign.

The data is presented in both easy-to-understand visualizations like graphs and charts, as well as indexed data tables.

You can use the drop-downs and filters to toggle between viewing analytics for different:

• Date ranges (day, week, month, etc.).

• Individual campaign variants.

• Conversion event types.

• Traffic segments (sources, locations, etc.)

The ability to easily segment the data in this way allows you to identify top referral sources, spot geographic regions driving conversions, compare desktop vs mobile performance, and more.

There are also options to download raw data reports in CSV or Excel format if you need to integrate the analytics into your own tracking systems.

Account Usage and Billing Stats

In addition to the conversion analytics, eComverter provides an Account Usage area that gives you a high-level overview of key product statistics like:

• Total number of active campaigns.

• Total leads captured.

• Total impressions and conversions.

• Projected usage levels compared to your plan's limits

This dashboard gives you a quick pulse on your overall account activity and alerts you if you're approaching any plan capacity restrictions that may require an upgrade.

It's also where you'll find convenient shortcuts to access your current billing information, update payment methods, view invoices, and manage your subscription plan.

eComverter aims to provide maximum transparency into all aspects of your accounts' performance and usage right from the analytics dashboard.

Integration with External Analytics

While eComverter's built-in analytics are powerful, you also have the option to integrate with external web analytics tools as well.

For example, eComverter provides a direct integration with Google Analytics.

This allows you to view all the same in-depth conversion funnels and goal tracking you'd expect from Google Analytics, while factoring in the additional campaign and notification data from eComverter.

You can also push eComverter's data into virtually any other analytics platform by using eComverter's API and tracking pixels.

This empowers you to build custom reports and dashboards tailored to your business's exact needs.

Overall, eComverter's comprehensive tracking and robust integration capabilities provide everything you need to effectively measure, analyze, and optimize your conversion campaigns for reliable growth over time.

*******In the next articles, we'll cover additional advanced features like using custom domains, creating campaigns with the visual builder, setting up triggers and rules, and tapping into eComverter's other powerful functionality. But having a solid grasp on analytics will allow you to truly maximize the value you get from the platform.
